Hi all,

Ctrl+Alt+Retreat is a week-long retreat of practicing mindfulness and practical philosophy being held in January 2018 on the beautiful grounds of the School of Practical Philosophy in Wahroonga, Sydney.

The week is a great chance to reboot, reconnect and recharge for the year ahead, and is a wonderful combination of interactive learning sessions, opportunity to practice with mindful work periods, and fun! Plus good company and great food!
