"Three Blind Mice, See how they Pun: Nagarjuna, al-Ghazali and Occam: an exploration in comparative philosophy"

This is an experiment in comparative philosophy. It explores the limits of thinking of these three thinkers as having a sceptical dimension and comes to focus on the idea of substance and causation as an entrée into the thought of all three. The result is an interesting take on the how to read each philosopher with respect to the place of the metaphysics of substance and causal relations in their thinking about the relation of ultimate reality and the world. Some thoughts are put about the merits of this kind of comparative metaphysics.
