The next seminar in the Julius Stone Institute of Jurisprudence Seminar Series for 2016 will take place at 6pm on Thursday 7 April in the Faculty Common Room on the fourth floor of Sydney Law School. Professor Theunis Roux from the University of New South Wales will speak on "The Evolution and Transformation of Judicial Review Regimes". Then, at 6pm on Tuesday 12 April in the same place, Dr Nikolas Kirby from the University of Oxford will give a paper entitled "Did Dworkin's 'Equality of Resources' almost dissolve the problem of free will (and nobody noticed)?"
