World peace is achieved through a
complex alliance of power. Level playing fields and open markets do not exist
for all. Peace is only achieved, where all parties understand and accept their
position within a hierarchy of relative power. The supremacy of America is
beginning to wobble. Set against this backdrop is America's plan for a
"Nuclear Renaissance", promoted as the answer to global warming.
