Subject: Invitation for the virtual Clinical Mass Spectrometry Forum on The role of LC-MS/MS in monitoring alcohol abstinence
Dear Clinical Mass Spectrometry community,
I hope you are all well and safe at these unprecedented times. It's been some time since our last virtual meeting as we were monitoring situation, hoping and planning for the face to face meeting. Given the latest development, we are limited to another virtual event, a lunchtime Forum through a virtual platform.
The topic for this forum is The role of LC-MS/MS in monitoring alcohol abstinence and will be presented on the 16th of August, 2021.
The attendance is free and will be from 13:00-14:00.
We will have two experts in the field discussing The role of LC-MS/MS in monitoring alcohol abstinence (20 minute presentation + 10 minutes Q&A).
Dr Anastasia Volovets - Routine integration of Phosphatidylethanol (PEth) testing into the hepatology clinic
Mr Van Long Nguyen - Alcohol Biomarkers: An Overview
Please find all the details in the attached flyer.
We are looking forward to seeing you all.
Please feel free to forward this invitation to anyone that may find it useful.
