In case you have not come across the software before, it is use for the analysis of LCMS metabolomics data (aka discovery metabolomics). The MSCF has single concurrent users network license (so you need to be on the USyd network, either directly or via a VPN, to use the software) , so all you need to do is download the latest version to your computer, book a session via PPMS and away you go. To get started, we also recommend that you download the user guide and tutorial data to help you evaluate the software. There are separate guides for LC-MS based analysis and direct sample analysis (using REIMS), demonstrating the relevant features of the software and how they can help your research. If you are evaluating Progenesis QI, you can also download the EZinfo Demo Version from UMetrics. EZinfo is an advanced statistics package which interfaces with Progenesis QI. Should you wish to analyse some of your own data files, we can also provide a short-term licence. Please contact our licensing team to obtain one of these licences. If you have any other support issues, please contact our support team by emailing support at nonlinear.com. We observe that relative large numbers of LC MS runs can be compared in a relative fast way. The results of Progenesis are of high standard. The assistance and the interaction with Nonlinear is highly appreciated. It leads to results that can be verified by independent technology."
