Hi Metabolomics People,

I have been working with John O'Sullivan setting up Mass Profiler Professional (and Agilent package mainly for discovery metabolomics), and it can tap into the Kegg database, however, Kegg costs US$5000/year for a site license.

Before we (or ICT/Syndey Informatics) shell out some hard cash) I am interested to know the following:

1. Do you use Kegg?

2. Have you tried to use it in the past by couldn't get access?

3. Use to use it, but have found a better alternative which you now use instead?

4. Have heard of it and don't care as it doesn't do what you need?

5. Never heard of it (and don't care)?

Cheers,

Ben
