Message-ID: <91043E40EC58C34BB59CEF09BC71C18701546BC1EC@ex-mbx-pro-06> Hi Metabolomics People, I have been working with John O'Sullivan setting up Mass Profiler Professional (and Agilent package mainly for discovery metabolomics), and it can tap into the Kegg database, however, Kegg costs US$5000/year for a site license. Before we (or ICT/Syndey Informatics) shell out some hard cash) I am interested to know the following: 1. Do you use Kegg? 2. Have you tried to use it in the past by couldn't get access? 3. Use to use it, but have found a better alternative which you now use instead? 4. Have heard of it and don't care as it doesn't do what you need? 5. Never heard of it (and don't care)?
