[Limdep Nlogit List] Estimating GMXL in wtp space

Dear Limdep users,
Iam estimating a generalized mixed logit model in willingness to pay space.
I include both the product attributes and the choice-invariant household
characteristics. I include the  household characteristics because I want
other determinants of wtp besides the attributes.  My choice experiment is
unlabelled.. I am setting up my Nlogit commands by specifying utility
functions for the three alternatives. In the results table, all the
household characteristics have a p-value of 1.000 and the confidence
intervals are not displayed. what is the problem?
