I am currently working on a mixed logit (I believe it's the same as hybrid logit) model with this command script:

This is pretty close to the syntax that's also suggested in Hensher et al.

I would like to perform a hybrid logit in Nlogit6. I used the syntax suggestions in Hensher et al., (Hensher, D., Rose, J., Greene, W., 2015. Applied Choice Analysis. A Primer, 2nd ed Cambridge University Press, New York.) but the instructions are fuzzy. Could you please send me a syntax example?
