[Limdep Nlogit List] The Generalized True Random Effect

Hi

I recently tried to use the generalized true random effect panel stochastic
frontier model to estimate transient and intransient inefficiencies. The
command stores "missing" for both types of inefficiencies for all
cross-section units in all time periods. I couldn't figure out why. Do you
have any idea why this might the case? I get inefficiency estimates when I
use the TFE or  TRE with the same data.
