[Limdep Nlogit List] Data set problem

If you are fitting an MNL with 3 alternatives and you have 540 rows of data,
then you have 180 observations and each one is a block of 3 rows of the
data.  That is what limdep is reporting.  If this is correct, there is
nothing
wrong with your data.  The 180 refers to blocks of 3 "observations."
