[Limdep Nlogit List] Multiple Imputation on discerete choice data

Dear limdep users,

I am trying to fit a mixed logit model with two alternatives on a discrete
choice data  and my dependent variable has missing data. In the manual, it
is mentioned that never use MI to impute missing value of the  dependent
variables ,however, I have tried  it since I need this data, but the
imputed data is zero for both alternatives. Therefore my model skips these
observations and gives the following error: (Sum of LHS variable for all
alts is zero).
Is there any solution for this problem in Nlogit?
