[Limdep Nlogit List] Prospect theory code in ADC 2nd Edtion

Dear Prof. Hensher,
now I found prospect theory is in 905- 912 page.

Please show me the way how to make practice.
I guess as you are mentioning the code in 20.5 might be the one.
With this code, can the Figure 20.2 be drawn?

Again I have returned to Mix Logit model analysis.
