Simona. As always, you have to be more specific. Partial effect of what,
on what?
Here is an experiment you can do to see it at work.
/Bill

samp;1-1000$
create;x1=rnn(0,1);y1=rnd(4)-1$
create;x2=rnn(0,1);y2=rnd(3)-1$
orde;lhs=y1;rhs=one,x1$
matr;b1=b;m1=mu$
orde;lhs=y2;rhs=one,x2$
matr;b2=b;m2=mu$
orde;lhs=y1,y2;rh1=one,x1;rh2=one,x2;start=b1,m1,b2,m2,0$
partials ; effects: x2;outcome=2,2$
