[Limdep Nlogit List] Help with analysis of decomposed marginal effects in tobit with heteroscedasticity

The variable of interest in my primary equation tobit model with
heteroscedasticity is significant and positive

The marginal effects are more complicated.

The combined marginal effect is insignificant, but

The marginal effect in the mean is significant and positive

The marginal effect in the variance is significant and negative.

Any help in how I interpret this?
