[Limdep Nlogit List] Panel or Hierarchical models for interval censored models

Dear Limdep users

I am trying to replicate the interval censor models that I had estimated
in SAS to LIMDEP that has the option of panel or hierarchical data.  Would
appreciate any pointers or reference to estimate interval censor models in
LIMDEP.
