[Limdep Nlogit List] LIMITS in GROUPED DATA model

Dear all,

 

I am trying to run a grouped data regression model using payment card data.
The problem is that there are 40 possible payment card intervals in the data
set, but LIMDEP only seems to allow a maximum of 20. I get the following
error message when trying to run the model:

 

Error   276: Model...;LIMITS=list.  Too many values.  Limit is 20.

 

Does anyone know if there's a way to increase the possible number of values
in "LIMITS", or should I set up the maximum likelihood estimation "manually"
instead using  "maximize"?
