[Limdep Nlogit List] NAMELIST ; name= XOR( ...

Dear Limdepers,

has anybody used "NAMELIST ; name= XOR( ..., ...) $" to combine namelists? I'd like to use the command for some programming purposes yet the results are strange - not the exclusive union of two namelists but a (seemingly) arbitrary selection of variables - any ideas?
