[Limdep Nlogit List] Stone Geary function

Dear all, 

i just started working with panel data. how, in general,  can i set up a
stone geary function  for example like that

Dit= LAMDAi+ BETAit (Yi/Pit)

with BETAit= CONSTANT + BETA1* SIZEi+ BEATA2*COSTit

How can i connect the BETAs? Where do i find something like that in the
handbook (Vs.8)?

Sorry for this simple question...
