[Limdep Nlogit List] Model Size

I just received the following error message when trying a latent class model:

Error   215: Model too large.K>150,>120 for SELE,>100 for 2SLS or MINI

Is there an option/parm that I can set to adjust memory, or do I just have to
settle for a simpler model (i.e., one with either fewer classes or fewer
variables)?
