[Limdep Nlogit List] Overdispersion tests

Could someone help me out here please. I am estimating a Poisson model and
have the following over dispersion tests results.

Overdispersion tests: g=mu(i) : 3.930
Overdispersion tests: g=mu(i)^2: 3.121

Critical value from the Chi squared table for one degree of freedom is 3.84.
How do I interpret above results since one test is slightly above the
critical value? Can I go ahead and use the Poisson results. Thanks

Anil
