[Limdep Nlogit List] st errors of marg effects - bivariate probit w/multiple imputations

I am trying to calculate the standard errors of marginal effects from a bivariate probit model using multiple imputations. I would really appreciate it if you could point me to references that could be of help or you had a program you are willing to share.
