[Limdep Nlogit List] Cox regression with time dependent variable

Hello Dr Green and other LIMDEP Users,

I ran cox proportional hazard regression and got the estmates. I used the
following command:

Survival;lhs=duration,lc;rhs=age,edu,origloan,terms,industry,commerce,nloans;tvc=xa*(duration);plot
$

My problem is that I am not getting plots for hazard and survival function.

When I take out tvc=xa*(duration) from my model then I get the plots. Will
any one help me in this regard?
