[Limdep Nlogit List] spot the error?

Philip,
 
You might try inserting the command:
 
Sample;all$
 
just before your list of variable creations.  This is something I do almost automatically if I want the creations to apply to all of the observations.

Philip - I can't spot the problem.
But if you're using Limdep 9.0 you might want to try the:
create; expand (name)$
which expands categorically coded 'name' into dummy variables.
