[Limdep Nlogit List] fixing the mean of a random parameter

Dear Romeo,
   
  If you wish to constrain the mean parameter to be equal, half or quarter of the SD, then use the command,
   
  ; Fcn=variable name (n, 0)

  replace 0 with 1, 0.5 or 0.25
