[Limdep Nlogit List] error 88 QR or LDV model message. Found a bad value for dependent variable

Dear list members,
I am new to LIMDEP (NLOGIT) and I have an excel data and trying to run a 
logit regression with Limdep (Nlogit ver 4).  The dependent variable has 
0, 1 values.
When I try to run, it gives me this error:

"Error 88 QR or LDV model message. Found a bad value for dependent 
variable "

I tried to check my data file but don't seem to find anything wrong with 
it.  Everything is fine when use the same data for linear regression.  
It is OK with linear regression.

It should be a simple problem for professional LIMDEP users. 
I appreciate your advise in solving this problem.
