[Limdep Nlogit List] Orbit model

Does anyone know if LIMDEP 8.0 or 9.0 can estimate an ORBIT model for continuous data (cite: Klein and Sherman, J. of Econometrics, 1997) or the equivalent for discrete data (Klein and Sherman, Econometrica, 2002)?
