[Limdep Nlogit List] manually recognizing missing data

Thanks - this worked, but only after I exited and restarted limdep.

Before I did this, I also ran noskip$ on the theory that this might 
explain why create;xrej=0$  still got made with missing data; but 
that didn't help. Since in my earlier session I'd been doing some 
estimation work, presumably I'd done something which prevented it all 
from working - any idea what that might have been?
