[Limdep Nlogit List] Experimental Design Software for Conjoint

There is SPSS, but I am not as aware of its qualities as I am SAS.

I am aware of the SAS macros which require SAS Base, SAS QC, SAS STAT 
and SAS IML which attact a significant annual rental fee.

I was hoping that there might be a more affordable solution.
