Dear list members,

I am trying to estimate random parameters logit model (using NLOGIT 3) 
and simulate elasticities under initial various alternative scenarios.

Simulation with no change in assumptions gives different elasticities 
than elasticities obtained during model estimation. Can simulation be 
used for random parameter logit models?
