Thanks for your reply.
I just tried using reference frame ‘0’ but it gives me the same problem. The rotation file I am using is Matthews_etal_GPC_2016_410-0Ma-GK07 that comes with GPlate.
I have attached the screen shot in the email, maybe helpful to find out what happens.
