[GPlates-discuss] Information on Salado Subplate

Daiane,

if you're working on southern South America only, it might be worthwile to use an improved model for the South Atlantic region which we published this year, instead of the Seton et al global data. This newer model has more realistic plate geometries for the southern part of South America (http://chhei.cartodb.com/tables/13601/public/map) and revised timing. GPlates-compatible plate model can be found in the supplementary material:
