*** Apologies for cross-posting ****
*** One more week to submit your abstract ***
Dear colleagues,
We would like to draw your attention to the following exciting session at the EGU General Assembly 2023 (23-28 April 2023, Vienna and online):
PS4.2/GD3.3 Venus: models, observations, exoplanet analogue (See full session description online<https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/xHo4CBNqjlCVG7voKfzrTkm?domain=meetingorganizer.copernicus.org>)
Solicited authors: Dr. Gabriella Gilli (Instituto de Astrofísica de Andalucía (IAA/CSIC), Granada) and Dr. Ana-Catalina Plesa (German Aerospace Center DLR, Berlin)
Abstract deadline: 10 January 2022, 13:00 CET
As a summary, this session welcomes contributions that address the past, present, and future of Venus science and exploration, and what Venus can teach us about exo-Venus analogues and vice-versa. Moreover, Venus mission concepts, new Venus observations, exoplanet observations, new results from previous observations, and the latest lab and modelling approaches are all welcome to our discussion of solving Venus’ mysteries.
With the Europlanet Science Congress based in the USA next year, EGU 2023 will be the ultimate European hub for (exo)planetary sciences discussions in 2023!
We hope that you will consider submitting an abstract to this session.
Sincerely, the conveners:
Maxence Lefèvre
Moa Persson
Anna Gülcher
Cédric Gillmann
