Subject: ESO Fast Track Channel: Town Hall meeting information

Esteemed colleague,

I am contacting you as an active ESO Principal Investigator or co-Investigator.

As announced in a previous email sent on Tuesday, May 5th, we will be holding an online Town Hall meeting to present the upcoming Fast Track Channel (FTC)<https://url.au.m.mimecastprotect.com/s/3XBRCGv0oyC0YM17BSKf4UBopRf?domain=eso.org> for the submission of proposals.

The Town Hall meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 20th at 16:00 CEST using MS Teams via this meeting link<https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/36325328583211?p=hsuAkCtXx6zme0E3Cp>. For optimal user experience, please connect from your web browser by clicking on "Continue on this browser". If you do plan to connect using the MS Teams application, however, please make sure you update it to the latest version, as otherwise some of the meeting features might not be available.

The meeting will include a general presentation on the FTC, followed by a question-and-answer session. It will be recorded and made available online for those who are unable to attend. We will announce the final date of the upcoming FTC call for proposals during this Town Hall meeting, and provide more details on the timeline for the submission, review and release process.

If you have any questions, please do not reply to this email. Instead, use the ESO Operations Helpdesk<https://url.au.m.mimecastprotect.com/s/-VrpCJyBrGf1rYqJBtGhoUy97Zy?domain=support.eso.org> to submit a ticket.

Best regards,
