[ASA] GMT documents for community feedback

Hi all,

The GMT Science Advisory Committee would like to solicit community feedback on the attached three draft documents related to 1) the TAC process, 2) 2nd generation instrument proposal process, and 3) science metrics.  Can I please ask any interested astronomers to send me their feedback by Tuesday 11 Nov ahead of the in-person GMT SAC meeting the following week?
