[ASA] Call for applications - AAL committees

Dear all,

AAL asks that you please circulate this link around your academic and professional networks and at any upcoming conferences, seminars or events.

AAL is looking to appoint:


  *   Five members of the AAL Science Advisory Committee (ASAC)
  *   Up to four members of the AAL Industry Engagement Advisory Committee (IEAC)
  *   One member of the AAL-eROSITA_DE Management Committee
  *   Two members of the AAL Astronomy Supercomputer Time Allocation Committee (ASTAC)
  *   Three members of the Astronomy Data and Computing Services Time Allocation Committee (ADACS TAC) - one member to commence 1 January 2026, and two to commence 1 July 2026
  *   Three members of the AAT Time Allocation Committee (ATAC) - two members to commence 1 January 2026, and one to commence 1 July 2026
  *   An Australian-based Cherenkov Telescope Array (CTA) Science Lead
  *   A representative on the Gravitational Wave Data Centre Science Advisory Panel (GWDC SAP)
  *   Up to four members of the AAL Space Science Leads Committee (SSLC)

  *   The name of the position
  *   A brief CV
  *   A statement outlining your relevant expertise and addressing the selection criteria if required

Applications for all positions close on Monday, 3rd November 2025 9:00 AM AEDT. If vacancies remain after all applications received by the deadline have been considered, late applications will be accepted.
