Hello,
September this year will be the 10 year anniversary of the Nobel Prize
winning first discovery of gravitational waves. To celebrate this historic
milestone, we will be hosting a two day meeting at Swinburne University of
Technology on the 18th and 19th of September 2025.
The meeting will reflect on the Australian contribution to the discovery,
celebrate a decade of breakthroughs in gravitational wave science, and look
ahead to the future of the field.
Registration and abstract submission for this meeting are now open. You can
see further details on our website here
https://url.au.m.mimecastprotect.com/s/gtGeC71R2NTZozMN1i8fkhoTocO?domain=sites.google.com Registration is free, and
lunches will be provided.
We hope you can join us in celebrating this remarkable journey of
gravitational-wave discovery.
Best wishes,
Jade Powell
(on behalf of the organising team)
