Dear colleague,

I am happy to share that the IAU Office of Astronomy for Development 
(OAD) 2025 Annual Call for Proposal is now open.

The OAD invites applications for projects that use astronomy to make an 
impact on sustainable development. The OAD call for proposals is open to 
anyone from anywhere in the world. Applicants who lack training or 
experience in writing proposals can request Proposal Writing support. 
They will be matched up with an astronomer or other expert who will 
guide and advise the applicant.

1. Deadline to request proposal writing support: May 14, 2024
2. Deadline to apply: *May 31, 2025* (midnight UTC-12)
