Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to announce that the Call for Abstracts for the 2025 SKAO General Science Meeting,
“A New Era in Astrophysics: Preparing for early science with the SKAO”,
to be held in Görlitz, Germany, from June 16th to 20th, 2025,
is now open.
Next year’s meeting will bring together scientists from across the globe to discuss and plan for early SKA Science with what is termed the “Deployment Baseline” or AA* (Array Assembly *), the initial array deployment that will be used for the first few observing cycles.
We are delighted to welcome proposals for presentations highlighting exciting early SKA science. The deadline for abstract submission is 7 February 2025 and speakers will be notified by 14 March 2025. Registration will open on 10 January 2025.
