[ASA] COMBS Postdoctoral Researcher in Precision Spectroscopy

spectroscopy.

Applications are invited for a 3-year postdoctoral research position at the
Centre for Astrophysics and Supercomputing (CAS

in Melbourne, Australia. The postdoc will work with Prof. Michael Murphy as
part of the new ARC Centre of Excellence in Optical Microcombs for
Breakthrough Science (COMBS <https://url.au.m.mimecastprotect.com/s/_v3oCyojxQTy7EBYqsMhpFxF_A5?domain=combs.org.au>) to investigate the
optimal use of comb light sources, such as laser frequency combs, for
characterising and calibrating astronomical spectrographs to enable
groundbreaking new observations and experiments.
