Dear ASA members,
I would like to bring your attention to the report recently submitted to the Decadal Plan 2025-2034 Editorial Board by Working Group 3.1:Demographics, Society & Workforce. The report can be accessed via the following link:

The report summarises the findings of the institutional and individual surveys conducted during May 2024. Heartfelt thanks to all who provide data for these surveys – you have contributed to once-in-a-decade census of who we are, and will help shape the future of the Australian Astronomy Community.
Please feel free to share this email with any non-ASA members you think would be interested.
Best wishes,
Co-chairs Emma Ryan-Weber and Stas Shabala
