[ASA] Decadal Plan Working Group 2.4: Instrumentation - White Paper

I would like to bring your attention to the White Paper recently submitted to the Decadal Plan Editorial Board by Working Group 2.4: Instrumentation. The paper is attached as a pdf below, and can also be accessed via the following google doc link:

The google doc can be used to add/share comments on the document. Comments can also be provided by reply email. The Working Group will aim to incorporate any suggestions received before October 1st, and convey any changes to the Editorial Board.
