[ASA] draft galaxies and cosmology report for decadal plan WG 1.1

Dear all,
                A near complete draft of decadal plan WG 1.1 (Galaxies and cosmology) is now available.  This will be finalized in the next two weeks.  The draft report is available here:

the report hopefully takes into account community feedback from within the large WG, zoom meetings in March and April, as well as the recent in-person town halls (one or two items from the last townhalls still need to be addressed).
