[ASA] Inviting Hosts for the ASA ASM and HWSA meetings in 2025

Dear ASA Members,

2025 ASM and HWSA

The ASA Council is seeking bids from institutions wishing to host the 2025 Annual Scientific Meeting of the ASA and the 2025 Harley Wood School for Astronomy (HWSA). Council is seeking bids for hybrid meetings that will include face-to-face and virtual/online access. This is to provide greater flexibility for attendance of ASA events and helping with the ASA's sustainability goals, while also enabling our community to come together.

The indicative ASM meeting dates would be either the last week of June or the first week of July. The final dates are selected by the hosts, and should take into consideration school holidays in most states. The HWSA is usually held in the days preceding the ASM.
