[ASA] IUPAP Prize to Claudia Lagos

   Join me in congratulating ASTRO 3D Fellow Claudia Lagos

Commission 19 Young Astronomer Prize.

   The IUPAP's Astrophysics commission is Commission 19, and they award
prizes annually. A list can be found on their webpage

it has not been updated to include 2020 and 20231 awards yet).

The citation reads:

*For her insightful contributions to the subject of the role of baryons
(gas) in the evolution of galaxies, including its role in the chemical and
angular momentum evolution of galaxies and in the promotion and suppression
of the formation of stars. *
