Dear all,

This important survey is requesting participation from people of all genders, in any STEMM-related career, at any career stage (yes - that mean academics, technical staff, and students too), whether they have children or not.

Everyone in our community should take part in this survey if we truly mean to increase the retention of women in STEMM careers and to promote workplace equality and inclusion.

Please make a bit of time to take the survey (it takes 15-20mn if you have children, less otherwise) and spread the word to your other STEMM-related networks so they, too, can participate.

Thank you!
Celine

We are supporting an international survey conducted by Mothers in Science<https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/ig2wCK1DvKTp0GJBuv_z7T?domain=mothersinscience.com> and its partner organizations to study how parenthood impacts on the career advancement of people working or studying in STEMM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine). This research addresses the inequalities and career obstacles faced by parents in STEMM, and which have been recently magnified by the coronavirus pandemic.

The survey is open to people of any gender, with or without children, who are working or studying in any professional sector in STEMM, and at any career stage.

The data from this survey will help to raise awareness and create long-term solutions for increasing the retention of women in STEMM careers and for promoting workplace equality and inclusion.

Please take the survey and spread the word!
