The Royal Astronomical Society’s Committee for Diversity in Astronomy and Geophysics is conducting a lsurvey on harassment and bullying in astronomy, space science and geophysics. They welcome the input of scientists from overseas as well - see below for the link:

Dear IAQ collaborators -
The Royal Astronomical Society's Committee for Diversity in Astronomy & Geophysics - of which I'm a member - is conducting a large-scale survey on harassment and bullying within astronomy, space science and geophysics. Having witnessed more than a few instances of unacceptable behaviour within our community and academia more broadly, this is certainly a topic about which I feel quite strongly.

If you think you might have 5-10 mins to spare, I'd be grateful if you could fill out the anonymous survey and/or pass it on to any of your astro colleagues (USA, Australia, Canada, doesn't matter - no need to be a Royal Astronomical Society Fellow) who might be in a position to complete it.
