Howdy everyone,

We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2020 Harley Wood School of Astronomy (HWSA), which will be held on Wadjemup (also known as Rottnest Island) off the coast of Perth, Western Australia.
The school is open to both Australian and international students, and we kindly ask that participants register before March 30th as there will be limited places after this date due to accommodation restrictions.

While we are finalising the costs of the school, we can guarantee that the fee will not be more than $420. The ASA is also offering a $250 subsidy to ASA student members (including those with pending applications) who are attending both the HWSA and the APRIM to encourage attendance.
There may also be travel support available in special cases for ASA student members, and an application form will be circulated in the future.

Further information and the registration form can be found at https://protect-au.mimecast.com/s/nVHSCoVzGQirr08L4I1wVej?domain=icrar.org

Last, we kindly ask that this email is circulated through your home institutions to also reach non ASA members.

Kind Regards,
Adam Watts
on behalf of the LOC and SOC
