[ASA] ANITA 2020: Feb 3 - 7

Dear Astronomers,

 the ANITA steering committee is pleased to announce that registration for the next ANITA summer school and theory workshop will open soon (in ~2 weeks). Both will take place in Canberra at the University of New South Wales Canberra.

The ANITA "Cosmic Explosions" summer school will take place Feb. 3-5, and the ANITA theory workshop will follow on Feb. 6-7, 2020.

For the 2-day theory workshop we will aim to showcase the diversity of research among those members of our community who are working in theoretical/computational astrophysics. There will be a number of short, contributed talks.

Invited speakers for the 3-day "Cosmic Explosions"-themed summer school are:

-Shivani Bhandari
-Alexander Heger
-Bernhard Mueller
-Fiona Panther
-Ivo Seitenzahl

 with one afternoon being allotted for an excursion to the Molonglo Observatory Synthesis Telescope (coordinated by Chris Flynn).
